FESTIVAL  TERMS

ARTS & CRAFTS / FOOD VENDOR  & INFO BOOTH – – RULES

Arts & Crafts Booth- A: Booth size is 10′ x 10′ fee of $50 for the day. Electricity can be requested for a charge of $25. You are responsible for your own cords; we recommend a minimum of 100 feet.  B: Only original arts and crafts or home-produced articles (no resale items) may be displayed or sold. C: No food or beverage item can be sold as Arts & Crafts. D: All vendors are required to have general liability insurance. E: All vendors are required to provide their own tables, chairs, power cords, tent canopies (required) or supplies and any required permits and/or licenses to do business in Tennessee. F: Please weight your tent to withstand wind and provide stake protection. G: Vendors may begin set up Friday 3-5pm October 28th. H: All vendors must check in at the registration booth on the morning of Saturday, October 29th between 6-9 a.m. I: No vehicles will be allowed in the festival area after 9:00 a.m., October 29th or before 5:00 p.m. J: Tear down begins at 5:00 p.m., October 29th

Food Vendor & Info Booth- A: Booth size is 20′ x 20′ at a fee of $150 total for the day. B: Food, utensils, and equipment must be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. food shall be stored in enclosed containers and at proper temperature. C: All vendors are required to have general liability insurance as well as any required permits and/or licenses to do business in Tennessee. D: All vendors are required to provide their own tables, chairs, power cords, tenting/canopies or any other supplies. E: Please if tent canopies are used, weigh your tents to withstand wind.  F: Electricity may be requested the day to the event for a charge of $25. You are responsible for your own cords; we recommend a minimum of 100 feet.

APPLICATIONS: Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are no refunds in the event of inclement weather.  This is a rain or shine event but has a next day rain date. 12noon-5pm. Tear down begins at 5:00 pm on event day. Festival assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to property, products or liability for any transaction, accident or act of nature during the festival.
